AFTER HOTELYMPIA 2018 SHOW

Hotelympia hospitality and foodservice event was held on 5-8 march 2018 in london. Organisation area Excel is the biggest exhibition area in London.Centre was built by Sir Robert McAlpine and first opened in November 2000. In May 2008, it was acquired by Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company. The exhibition building itself consists of two column-free, rectangular, subdividable halls of (approximately 44,546 m²) each, on either side of a central boulevard containing catering facilities and information points. There are also three sets of function rooms, one overlooking the water, another above the western end of the central boulevard, and the third on the north side of the building. These are used for smaller meetings, seminars, presentations, and corporate hospitality.

The Professional Kitchen Show

The heart of any restaurant is its kitchen, where the chef’s creations come to life. Equipment now comes in all shapes and sizes, perfect for large mass catering kitchens or the newer trend of micro size kitchens, and new technology in equipment is helping to make kitchens run faster and more efficiently. We saw a lot of cooking show and tasted many amazing food.

The Food Service Show

All over Europe REstauran, Bar , Hotel owners  were there to   source the highest quality products that meet their customers’ demands.

 

Hospitality Tech Show

Technology is revolutionising the hospitality sector. Buyers from hotel and restaurant groups, pubs, bars, leisure facilities, contract caterers, equipment suppliers and interior designers are looking for the right solutions and latest innovations to improve all aspects of their business from back-room operations to enhancing the customer experience. 

Interiors & Tableware Show

The Interiors & Tableware show at Hotelympia 2018 caters for every front-of-house need. Buyers from restaurant groups, bars, cafes, spas, holiday parks and workplace outlets including hotels, healthcare, schools and offices are looking for inspiration and new ideas for their next refurbishment.

MAGRE’s stand was in this section. We were at booth 2218.

In the show there are plenty of interesting products . For instance ice-cream with alkohol which needs a special technic to freeze the alkohol. new products kitchen equipments that are helping businesses have a more efficient operation.

This year the event took 4 days. Next one will be held in 2020 and organization company thinks to perform it only 3 days.
